Jody has experience working with families, couples and individuals. Her experience includes working with clients who are survivors of childhood sexual, emotional, and physical abuse. Jody also works with clients who have experienced relational violence. 

 

She is experienced working with clients who have had complex trauma, post-traumatic stress, anxiety, depression and dissociation. Jody works from a family systems approach by incorporating family of origin into individual therapy and being aware of family structures and roles while working with families and couples. Jody considers it a privilege when a client chooses to include Christ in the healing process by incorporating faith and spirituality in therapy.
