Founded in 1993 by Dr. Jeanette Vought, NewPath Mental Health Services fka Christian Recovery Counseling provides professional mental health services, incorporating Christian faith for those desiring it, to individuals who have experienced abuse or trauma. While we specialize in providing care to those who have experienced trauma, our therapists also have expertise treating depression, anxiety, addictions, OCD, psychotic disorders, and addressing family and relational concerns, among others.

We are passionate about our mission to provide quality mental health care to everyone; it is our desire to turn no one away due to the inability to pay for services. As a non-profit organization, NewPath is able to receive tax deductible donations that are used to provide financial assistance for clients in need. We are grateful to have the opportunity to serve our community and promote psychological health for all our clients.

 

Part-Time Client Services Coordinator

 

The Client Services Coordinator is the first contact that most people have with our organization, therefore it is important that the CSC be a person of integrity, kindness and professionalism as they greet and serve all who come to our center. We are looking for someone with strong character, who affirms the values and vision of our agency, and has a desire to make a positive impact in the life of our clients and staff. The Client Services Coordinator must have strong organizational and administrative skills, and be team-minded in their approach to work. 

 

Job Description

  • Report to Executive Director

  • Primary phone and email contact with new and existing clients

  • Perform new client intakes and schedule with therapists

  • Check new client insurance

  • Schedule client appointments for new and existing clients

  • Manage staff schedules and office space assignments/schedules

  • Manage office supply needs and maintain contact with supply and service vendors

  • Receive and record client payments

  • Manage daily business tasks

  • Provide administrative support to clinical staff and executive director

  • Responsible for promoting a welcoming office environment for staff and clients

 

 

Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven administrative experience

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office

  • Professional manner

  • Absolute confidentiality and discretion

  • Working knowledge of office equipment, such as printers and fax machines

  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task

  • Strong relational skills and enjoys working with people

  • Diplomatic manner

 

This is for a part-time position, roughly 12-15 hours per week with potential for additional hours in the future.
