Catherine’s prior experience includes in-home family therapy and working with individuals who have caused sexual harm. She has experience in working with adults with depression, anxiety, trauma, relational issues, compulsive sexual behaviors and personality disorders. Catherine has special interest in helping people define and achieve healthy sexuality that is respectful to self and others. Catherine believes in a collaborative and transparent therapeutic relationship with clients. She utilizes a variety of approaches including (but not limited to) EMDR, Person-Centered and Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy. 

 

Catherine loves to spend time with her family and enjoying activities outside. She personalizes therapy in order to incorporate individuals’ personal values and beliefs because she considers them to be a source of great strength and community.
