David has chosen counseling as a second career and is pursuing licensure as an LPCC. He aims to be a compassionate, effective, culturally alert, and ethical counselor, joining this agency's efforts to alleviate human suffering and help people flourish.
David has walked with people through death, mental illness, divorce, betrayal, sexual addition, coming out, eating disorders, job loss, cognitive decline, health crises, spiritual awakening, and the challenges of marriage and parenting. He has worked with adolescent and adult clients facing depression anxiety, and dissatisfying relationships. Additionally, in his internship at NewPath, David was able to develop skills in serving clients who have engaged in harmful sexual behaviors.
While actively pursuing licensure, David is providing therapy under the supervision of a Board Approved Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor.
