Ingrid is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who holds a bachelor’s degree, majoring in theology with a minor in psychology, and a master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. Her nine years of experience working with children, individuals, and families include in-home children and family therapy, outpatient psychotherapy, Parent Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), parenting coaching, and faith-based counseling.
Ingrid enjoys working with clients experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, relational or family issues, spiritual issues, spirituality, immigration adjustment, health issues, death and loss, adoption, and more. Ingrid’s approach is strengths-based and person-centered. She believes in a collaborative and open therapeutic relationship with her clients, utilizing a variety of evidenced-based interventions including Trauma Focused Therapy, EMDR, and Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy. She is passionate about the healing of the whole person.
Ingrid also welcomes the opportunity to work with clients who wish to incorporate their faith and spirituality into their growth and healing journey…. a journey of healing the past, understanding the present, and changing the future for the better.

Ingrid is of Cuban background and bilingual. She is honored to serve Spanish speaking clients who may otherwise find it difficult to find mental health services. Ingrid sees clients at our easily accessible office and will also provide telehealth services as needed.

Ingrid enjoys traveling and visiting new places. She loves to spend quality time with her husband, two children and friends.
