Position Title: Client Services Coordinator
The Client Services Coordinator is the first contact that most people have with our organization, therefore it is important that the CSC be a person of integrity, kindness and professionalism as they greet and serve all who come to our agency. We are looking for someone with strong character, who affirms the values and vision of our agency, and has a desire to make a positive impact in the life of our clients and staff. The Client Services Coordinator must have strong organizational, administration, and communication skills, and be team-minded in their approach to work.
NewPath is unique in that we have a non-profit motivation, are in the healthcare field, and we also serve a specialty niche; clients who are mandated treatment through state and county corrections; a passion for all is required.

The ideal candidate will be excited to work in a positive supportive team environment, enjoy playing an integral role in helping clients improve their mental health, and being a relied upon resource to the therapists and leadership of the agency. Experience in healthcare, a non-profit, or in corrections can be helpful.
The person in this position enjoys fulfilling a variety of important responsibilities.

Client communications, including phone interviewing to receive services, billing, scheduling, and email communications; our Client Services Coordinator is the face and voice of our agency.

Information management, including client file setup, electronic file management, records request processing

Software and hardware resource, supporting the needs of therapists and assisting with technology training and setup

Financial responsibilities; taking payments, setting up payment plans, reviewing client information for assistance eligibility, verifying insurance

Speaks with clients about services of our agency, insurance workings, processes, intake paperwork; adheres to and champions HIPAA Compliance

Critical Skills and Qualifications:

Strong relational skills; ability to talk with clients, put them at ease, explain processes in a clear, calm, friendly manner

Proven administrative experience

Strong attention to detail; great at tracking and follow-up and follow-through

Proficient with Microsoft Office and Outlook

Experience and comfort with technology

Calm, professional manner; ability to work in a private confidential manner with lots of activity and people surrounding you

Absolute confidentiality and discretion

Working knowledge of office equipment, such as printers and fax machines

Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Responsive, diplomatic, recognizes and promotes keeping parties informed
