Position Title: Part-Time Licensed Therapist

NewPath offers the opportunity for providing sex offender treatment as well as community mental health treatment.  We are:

  • A Non-Profit

Our motive is service and making the world a better place.  We do it by providing quality mental health care to a community population, to clients referred for sex offender treatment, and for people who may experience problematic sexual behaviors that are getting in the way of leading safe and satisfying lives.

  • A Community Mental Health Clinic Licensed in Minnesota

It is very important to us to have the qualification of being licensed by the State; quality treatment backed by quality practices.

  •  Faith-based

Our agency founders were driven by a Christian call to establish a mental health clinic which could serve people in great need.  Our purpose is not to preach or to convert, but to provide the highest quality of out-patient community mental health treatment in a safe, judgement free, grace-filled space.  Many therapists at NewPath welcome the opportunity to incorporate faith practices or discuss faith concepts within the therapeutic setting, if invited by the client.  Be assured, we follow the client’s direction.

We would love to hire licensed therapists who have a heart for sex offender treatment, but also are craving the opportunity to work with the general population.  Honestly, our therapists enjoy the variety and the range of issues they can treat by being involved in both realms.  Particularly, we seek people who crave a collaborative, supportive environment which can offer competitive pay and flexibility, wish to carve out a professional life that allows one to focus on family needs, to identify an approach toward retirement, or to continue contributing as a therapist while honoring other personal goals.

Collaboration, support, leadership, grace….NewPath has it if you want it.  Please give us a call or simply forward a letter of interest.
