Stefanie Hofman

Stefanie Hofman is the clinical director of the Restoration Project. She is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who holds a Master’s Degree in Adlerian Counseling and Psychotherapy. Her approach is strengths-based and client-centered and focuses on the inherent value of humans and the power within each of us to bring about our own change. She has worked in private practice, church-based counseling, community services, and with the Department of Human Services in a secured -forensic setting.

 

Stefanie has experience working with clients with a history of sexual offending, unwanted sexual arousal, and other problematic sexual behaviors. Additionally, Stefanie works with clients who struggle with their sense of belonging or relationships, be they intimate, vocational, spiritual, or familial.

 

Stefanie sees clients in NewPath Mental Health Services' Golden Valley office and specializes in the treatment of trauma through EMDR and several other modalities such as (but not limited to) Psychodynamic therapy, Ego-State therapy, Narrative therapy, and Schema-therapy. Stefanie welcomes clients from all backgrounds and faiths and is open to incorporating clients’ spirituality into their treatment as they see fit.
