Weston holds a Master of Arts in Counseling from Kairos University. His clinical interests include working with individual adults navigating sexual concerns, neurodivergence, LGBTQ+ identity, personality disorders, grief work, and trauma.

He approaches therapy through open, collaborative dialogue with an emphasis on allowing for a space where clients can feel heard, understood, and accepted. He invites clients to explore their sense of agency, life decisions, and belief systems in ways that feel meaningful and authentic to who they are. Weston is comfortable exploring topics that may bring discomfort or vulnerability, including sexuality, religion, identity, and other deeply personal experiences. He seeks to approach difficult experiences with humility and openness while also making space for accountability, responsibility, and meaningful change.

Weston believes the therapeutic relationship is central to creating a space where meaningful self-exploration can occur. He practices with an inductive approach by allowing the therapeutic process to unfold through curiosity, reflection, and shared exploration as clients develop their own understanding of themselves and their experiences. Weston works alongside clients with the intention of exploring a deeper understanding of themselves and considering how their own presence can feel more grounded, authentic, and meaningful.

Weston is providing counseling services at NewPath under the supervision of Catherine Hutchinson, a board-approved supervisor.
